With Bottega Giulio every dish is transformed into the creation of something simple and, at the same time, extraordinary in the name of Made in Italy where authenticity, quality and taste meet. Three first references of the new brand, presented and already distributed in Spain, France, Canada and the USA (and soon in the United Kingdom, China, Korea, Japan, New Zealand, Australia, Taiwan): Giant Ricotta and Spinach Ravioli, Giant Tomato and Mascarpone Ravioli and Giant Burrata and Truffle Ravioli, proposals that are immediately characterised by taste and size, strictly extra-large.
Unique ravioli in the fresh pasta section, the Giant Ravioli are made with an industrial production process patented by the company, to obtain a truly extraordinary maxi-shape of pasta, with a high-quality creamy 70% filling, created with irresistible recipes.
The ‘spinach and ricotta’ combination gives a fresh and enveloping note to the dish, making it delicious and inimitable, thanks to the addition of a high % of Parmigiano Reggiano PDO, the ‘tomato and mascarpone’ version instead recalls the true Mediterranean flavour, decisive and enveloping, with fresh butter, while the burrata and truffle version combines two typical ingredients in an extraordinary combination.
