Scoiattolo is a family-run Italian ravioli factory, founded and developed in Varese, specialising in the production of fresh pasta, both filled and smooth. A family that, for over 40 years, has been working to bring an authentic, delicious and ever-evolving product to Italian and international tables.
For us, fresh pasta is much more than a food, it is a sensory experience made of tasty pasta, intense fillings and aromas that tell the stories of Italian tradition and creativity.
We look for and invent “the fresh pasta that does not yet exist” and we believe that innovation always starts from the quality of the ingredients: we select fresh eggs from free-range farms, process whole cheeses to ensure quality, and use no added preservatives. For us, the future must also start with what’s good.
