6. Data Controller, Data Processing Managers and Representatives

"Data Controller" means the natural or legal person, public authority, service or other body that, individually or together with others, determines the purposes and means of the processing of Personal Data; when the purposes and means of such processing are determined by the law of the European Union and the Member States, the data controller or the specific criteria applicable to its designation may be established by the law of the European Union and the Member States;

6.3 The Data Controllers have appointed their employees and collaborators in charge of the data processing.

6.4 The Data Subject may exercise its rights against each Data Controller.

7. Rights of the Data Subject to the Processing of Personal Data

7.1 You retain the right to obtain from the Data Controllers, at any time, information about the existence of Personal Data concerning you, the origin of the same, the purposes and methods of processing; you also retain the right to request the updating, rectification, integration, erasure, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of personal data, processed in violation of the law, including those whose retention is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected and/or subsequently processed.

7.2 You have the right to object, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of Personal Data concerning you, even if relevant to the purpose of collection, and to the processing of Personal Data provided for the purposes of commercial information or sending advertising or direct sales material or for the performance of market research or commercial communication.

7.3 You have the right to receive the Personal Data concerning you, provided consciously and actively and through the use of the Service, in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and to transmit them to another Data Controller without hindrance.

8. Data retention period

8.1 The retention of Personal Data will take place in paper and/or electronic/computer/optical form and for the time strictly necessary to satisfy the purposes indicated in article 2, in compliance with current regulations and the contractual relationship. 8.2 With specific reference to the section "Work with us", your Personal Data will be kept for a maximum period of 12 months from the date of sending the application, in order to allow the processing and evaluation of the same and the possible contact for compatible job opportunities. Your Personal Data may also be processed to fulfil legal obligations.
After this period, your data will be automatically erased, unless the retention for a longer period is necessary for the fulfilment of legal obligations or for the protection of a right in court. In any case, your Data will be erased without undue delay once the purposes of the processing have ceased. At any time you can request to access, correct and/or delete your personal data used by the Data Controller for recruitment purposes.
