SCOIATTOLO: RAVIOLIFICIO DI FAMIGLIA
Scoiattolo is a family-run business of Varese, specialising in the production of filled and smooth fresh pasta. For over 40 years, and three generations, it has combined the care and craftsmanship of the origins with the ability to explore and innovate, bringing to Italian tables and around the world a delicious, authentic and constantly evolving product, capable of celebrating the wonder of fresh pasta.
