Scoiattolo is proud to support, for the first year, the great Varese School Cup project: the tournament of the Schools of Varese and province, organised by Il Basket Siamo Noi and Volleyball Varese with the synergy of the Provincial School Office. An all-round promotion project aimed at local teenagers, also very attentive to Social Responsibility issues! Because sport can unite and entertain ... but also educate and build skills!
Starting from the competitive dimension of basketball, in fact, the project is developed and enriched through as many activities to involve as many young people as possible, making them not only recipients but also protagonists. Parallel to the part focusing on sport, the students are asked to activate and supervise the areas of graphics, communication, dance crew and positive cheering for their school to create a complete and compelling "challenge" that is able to involve as many students as possible.
The 20 schools enrolled, with more than 1,000 young people actively involved, make the 2024/2025 challenge even richer and more special with a very super final to be played at the Palazzetto Itelyum in Varese on 12 April. Scoiattolo, to make its presence even more valuable in support of the project, has decided to hold a workshop on good nutrition designed specifically for the age group involved and to make food, through knowledge, an ally of health and well-being, clearing false myths and demonisations in this regard!
A value system, therefore, created by the Varese School Cup that believes in the power of participation and training, also starting from fun and alternative opportunities alongside the most classic training.
