Updates from the Family-run ravioli factory

On 14 and 15 January, Scoiattolo took part in Marca by BolognaFiere, one of Italy’s leading events dedicated to private label products, reaffirming its status as a solid and reliable partner not only through its own brand, but also through the development of bespoke private label projects for national and international large-scale retailers.

From 11 to 13 January, Scoiattolo – Raviolificio di famiglia took part in the Winter Fancy Fair in San Diego, one of the most important international trade fairs for the food industry, showcasing the excellence of its fresh filled pasta across the Atlantic.

Raviolificio Scoiattolo brings all its goodness and know-how overseas, to tell the story of the goodness and the thousand faces (and fillings) of its fresh pasta.
