The select prosciutto-based filling, prepared in the Scoiattolo kitchens, now has even more character! In this new recipe the flavour is even more enveloping, mouthwatering and mild: perfect with or without broth, in keeping with the tradition of the most distinctive fresh pasta product.

3-4 minutes

Boil the water, add salt and immerse the Cappelletti. Cook for 3-4 minutes over a low heat. Drain carefully, garnish as desired and enjoy.

Pasta 68%: type “00” common wheat flour, eggs 20%, durum wheat semolina, water. Filling 32%: mortadella (pork meat, pork tripe, pork fat, salt, spices, natural flavourings), breadcrumbs (type “0” common wheat flour, salt, brewer's yeast), water, dry-cured ham 16% (pork meat, salt), powdered whey, sunflower oil, natural flavourings (contain milk), vegetable fibre (potato, maize), salt, potato starch, black pepper, nutmeg. May contain: nuts, crustaceans, fish, soybeans, celery, mustard.
