From 17 to 21 October 2026, Scoiattolo will be in Paris to attend SIAL, one of the world’s leading events for the food industry. From a family story to tables around the world

Every journey begins at home. Scoiattolo’s journey began in the province of Varese, where, more than forty years ago, a family story was born—one that has since crossed borders and reached tables in more than 40 countries, bringing with it a uniquely Italian way of experiencing fresh pasta.

This international journey has enabled Scoiattolo to discover different cultures, tastes and markets, without ever losing touch with its roots. Taking part in SIAL Paris means sharing this evolution: the story of a company that is now present around the world, yet remains deeply connected to the values with which Nonna Ebe and Nonno Tino began our story.

Tradition and innovation meet in Paris: a place where new ideas come to life

At the event, our fresh pasta company will present Scoiattolo’s latest innovations alongside its timeless classics: products created to interpret emerging market trends and meet the needs of increasingly curious, conscious and quality-focused consumers.

Tradition is our starting point, while innovation allows us to look ahead. Research, new shapes, original fillings and versatile solutions are the result of our daily work, combining experience, creativity and close attention to international markets.

For us, innovation does not mean forgetting who we are. It means finding new ways to express the authenticity and goodness of Italian fresh pasta. Above all, SIAL will be an opportunity to meet and exchange ideas. Five days dedicated to sharing experiences and building new partnerships with buyers, customers and industry professionals from all over the world.
